1. General CE: The Certifying Board of Dietary Managers (CBDM) has stated that during your renewal period, you can earn a maximum of 6 continuing education (CE) from “book-based” courses. This Dietary Manager 360 course is a 6 CE book-based course, therefore order/complete just ONE Dietary Manager 360 course per renewal period. More here.

2. Sanitation and Food Safety CE: We offer courses to help you fulfill your sanitation CE requirement. Print out the exam and use the referenced book to complete, marking your answers on the printed exam. Then enter your exam answers at the URL or QR code located on the exam cover page (lower right corner). With a 70% minimum score, you'll receive your certificate instantly. Unlimited and complimentary retakes.
Follow these instructions that are also located on the exam cover page (lower right section). Submit your exam answers online. Two ways.
1. Directly in your web browser. Launch the URL on the cover page of the exam.
2. Scan QR code on the cover page of the exam. Select ‘open browser’.
With either method, enter your email address (where your exam results and certificate of completion will be delivered).
A new window will open. Enter:
1. Your email address--where you would like to receive your statement of completion.
2. Create a password that allows you to save and resume your exam and locate your exam results and statement of completion.

We believe in second chances. Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, you may return the hard copy book or continuing education exam or unredeemed Kindle eBooks. You are no longer entitled to earn continuing education from refunded/returned exam(s). If you complete a refunded/returned exam online and receive an automated certificate, your certificate of completion will be deemed invalid and reported to your professional board. Awkward.
