CBDM Continuing Education Requirements
On June 1, 2019, CBDM continuing education requirements changed. We have redesigned Dietary Manager 360 courses to accommodate your new certification renewal mandates. The CBDM professional must earn 45 continuing education (CE) hours every 3 years. A maximum of 6 CE can be earned through book-based continuing education courses. Check out these easy combinations that help you complete part of your CBDM continuing education requirement.
The remainder of continuing education can be earned through various media (i.e., meetings/seminars, trade/food show exhibits, precepting, etc.).
All CBDM Prior Approved programs are subjected to the CE hour limitations (maximum of 6 CE) for a program type as defined by CBDM policy. For more information, please refer to The CBDM Guide to Maintaining your Credential.
